As a Deputy Manager in Monitor Deloitte's Strategy Team, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently exceeding expectations. You will collaborate with Partners, Managers, and clients to define project objectives and develop effective work plans.

Key responsibilities include managing data collection and analysis, deriving critical insights from this process, and integrating findings into broader project strategies. You will also be responsible for clearly communicating your analysis and recommendations to both internal stakeholders and client leadership through written and oral presentations.

We are seeking candidates with 4-7 years of experience for this role. A postgraduate or undergraduate degree in MBA, B.Tech (any specialization), or CA is required. A demonstrable passion for consulting and a foundational understanding of business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques are essential.
