As a key member of the Monitor Deloitte: Strategy Team, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams to surpass expectations.

You will work closely with Partners, Managers, and clients to define project objectives through hypothesis development and strategic work plans.

Key responsibilities include managing data collection and analysis, deriving actionable insights, and integrating findings into broader project strategies. You will also be responsible for communicating complex analysis and recommendations effectively to both internal stakeholders and client leadership through written and verbal channels.

We are seeking professionals with 4-7 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field. A postgraduate degree (MBA, CA) or a Bachelor's in Engineering (B.Tech) with any specialization is required.

Demonstrated passion for consulting and a foundational understanding of business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques are essential.
