As a Deputy Manager in our Monitor Deloitte: Strategy Team, you will cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues and clients, consistently aiming to surpass expectations. You will collaborate with Partners, Managers, and clients to formulate strategic hypotheses and develop comprehensive work plans addressing project objectives.

Your role will involve managing the end-to-end data collection and analysis process, deriving meaningful insights, and integrating these findings into the larger project framework. You will be responsible for clearly communicating analytical outcomes and strategic recommendations to both internal teams and client leadership through compelling written and oral presentations.

We are seeking candidates with 4-7 years of relevant experience. A strong academic record is essential, with a postgraduate degree such as an MBA or a bachelor's degree in B.Tech or CA, from any specialization. A genuine passion for consulting is a prerequisite.

Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and data analysis techniques.
