Join our dynamic Infrastructure & Real Estate team, specializing in commercial interior and workplace fit-outs. We are seeking a Deputy Manager to lead site execution for internal audit functions, focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and project management. Our team excels in delivering safe, high-quality projects on time and within budget, from design through to handover.

Spearhead end-to-end MEP project management for hyperscale and enterprise data center constructions. Critically review engineering designs, ensuring optimal implementation of HVAC, electrical, fire protection, and plumbing systems. Effectively manage EPC contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure strict adherence to Uptime Institute Tier standards, local regulations, and EHS compliance. Develop and meticulously manage schedules, budgets, cost control, and procurement strategies. Foster close coordination with civil, IT, and operations teams for seamless system integration. Proactively lead risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling. Oversee rigorous testing, commissioning (IST), and final handover of data center infrastructure. Prepare comprehensive executive dashboards, project reports, and stakeholder communications. Drive continuous improvement and the adoption of global best practices in project delivery.

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, with a Master’s degree preferred. Candidates should possess over 10 years of project management experience, with a deep specialization in MEP. A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects is essential. Demonstrated strong technical knowledge of cooling systems, UPS, DG, HT/LT systems, BMS, and fire systems is crucial. Prior experience with Uptime Tier certification, LEED, and sustainability practices is highly valued. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor negotiation capabilities are necessary. Familiarity with project management frameworks like PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred, alongside proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, Excel, and reporting tools.
