Join our dynamic team as a Deputy Manager and Scrum Master, based in Bengaluru with opportunities in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in facilitating Agile delivery for our Engineering as a Service/Operate function.

We are seeking an experienced professional to guide our teams through Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Your expertise will be crucial in driving continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering a mature Agile environment. Leverage your skills with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams to achieve team success.

As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in managing Agile projects using both Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Your day-to-day will involve coordinating sprint planning, tracking progress via JIRA, and facilitating retrospective meetings.

Key duties include managing project scope and timelines, coaching team members in Agile principles, and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communications. You'll also work closely with product owners to refine backlogs, resolve conflicts, and remove impediments. Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and guiding teams towards higher scrum maturity are essential aspects of this role.

This position requires proven experience as an Agile project handler, proficient in Scrum and Kanban methodologies. A strong working knowledge of JIRA, MS Teams, and Confluence is essential for effective sprint tracking and reporting.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage project scope, facilitate agile ceremonies, and coach teams on Agile frameworks. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary, along with experience in backlog management and conflict resolution. Possession of certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM/CSP, PSM-II, or SAFe-SM is highly preferred.
