Join our dynamic team as a Deputy Manager and Scrum Master. This role is crucial for facilitating agile delivery using Scrum and Kanban methodologies. You will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering Agile maturity within the team. Leverage your expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams to optimize our project execution.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, based in Bengaluru.

As a Scrum Master, you will expertly manage sprint planning, tracking, and retrospectives. You will coordinate sprints, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings, ensuring seamless team collaboration.

Your responsibilities include coaching team members in Agile frameworks, facilitating internal communication, and acting as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders. You will collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and new requests, effectively resolving conflicts and removing obstacles.

Key to this role is ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint. You will guide development teams towards higher scrum maturity and help cultivate a productive environment where team members feel ownership and engagement.

We seek an experienced Scrum Master with a proven track record of handling Agile projects using Scrum and Kanban. A strong working knowledge of JIRA, MS Teams, and Confluence is essential for sprint tracking and reporting.

Excellent skills in managing project scope and timelines, coordinating sprints, and facilitating team communication are vital. You must be adept at coaching team members in Agile principles and fostering effective collaboration.

Candidates should have experience in managing backlogs, resolving conflicts, and ensuring the quality of sprint deliverables. Experience in guiding teams toward enhanced scrum maturity is also expected. Possession of certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSM/CSP, PSM-II, or SAFe-SM is highly desirable.
