This role is for a seasoned SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant with a strong background in OpenText VIM and extensive experience in SAP solutions. The position involves leading end-to-end implementation projects, support engagements, and business process optimization initiatives within Enterprise technology and professional services. The ideal candidate will drive functional excellence and innovation for long-term growth.

Lead SAP VIM implementations, upgrades, and support projects. Configure and customize OpenText VIM to meet business needs, focusing on invoice capture, approval workflows, exception handling, and reporting. Integrate VIM with SAP ECC and S/4HANA, collaborating with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to gather requirements. Configure and support Document Processing, Invoice Processing, Business Centre, OCR/ICC integration, Archive Server, and Workflow. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments. Support testing phases and develop project documentation.

Requires 8+ years of SAP experience, with at least 8 years focused on OpenText VIM. Essential skills include strong knowledge of SAP FI/AP processes, the invoice management lifecycle, OpenText VIM configuration, SAP Workflow, SAP Archive Link, and OCR/ICC solutions. Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments is crucial. Expertise in DP Document Types, VIM Process Types, Exception Handling, Approval Workflows, and Reporting is expected. Familiarity with IDOCs, BAPIs, SAP integration technologies, ABAP debugging, and a solid understanding of Accounts Payable business processes are necessary. A Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) such as B.Sc (I.T), B.Sc (Computer Science), B.E/B.Tech, or an MBA is required.
