Seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead critical SAP projects. This role is instrumental in driving functional excellence and innovation within our enterprise technology division. You will be at the forefront of delivering complex SAP implementations and ensuring our technology solutions contribute to long-term growth and operational efficiency.

Spearhead SAP implementation and rollout projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget. Manage all facets of project planning, resource allocation, risk assessment, and dependency tracking. Effectively coordinate with diverse stakeholders, including business teams, functional and technical experts, and external partners throughout the project lifecycle. Drive key activities such as System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and post-go-live support, ensuring prompt issue resolution.

Proven expertise in leading end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables. Experience coordinating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and third-party vendors is essential. Prepare comprehensive project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and governance documentation. Drive the entire project lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, user training, and successful go-live. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid. Proactively monitor project progress and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies. Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. Manage change requests, project documentation, and quality assurance. Ensure seamless integration across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, PS, PM, QM) and other enterprise applications. Oversee resource planning, team performance, and vendor management. Contribute to pre-sales activities, including estimations, solution proposals, and customer presentations. Maintain compliance with organizational governance, security, and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimizations and promoting SAP best practices.
