Lead comprehensive SAP FI/CO module implementations on SAP Public Cloud, managing all project phases from requirements gathering to go-live support. Provide crucial hands-on assistance for SAP FI/CO processes, ensuring prompt troubleshooting and issue resolution. Undertake necessary SAP system upgrades and migrations from ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA.

Configure and administer core FI sub-modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting. Similarly, manage CO sub-modules such as Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. Ensure strict adherence to accurate financial reporting and statutory regulations.

Facilitate seamless integration with other SAP modules like SD, MM, and PP, supporting cross-functional teams during data migration and system upgrades. Analyze business processes to identify areas for optimization and automation, implementing financial reporting tools and workflows using SAP.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations and business processes, including user manuals. Conduct effective training sessions for end-users and business teams on SAP FI/CO functionalities.

A strong command of S/4HANA, with demonstrated expertise in FI/CO modules and public cloud implementations, is essential. A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP implementation and support is required, with public cloud experience being a mandatory skill.

Possess an in-depth understanding of finance and accounting principles; a professional finance qualification such as CA/CPA/CFA is highly preferred. You should have a proven capacity to work autonomously and manage SAP projects from inception to completion. Experience in statutory compliance, tax configurations, financial reporting, and familiarity with data migration tools like LSMW, BAPI, and IDOCs are crucial.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are vital for this role. Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects and exposure to advanced tools such as FIORI apps, CDS views, and embedded analytics are beneficial. Familiarity with country-specific financial regulations is also advantageous.
