Opportunity for a Deputy Manager specializing in SAP Concur Travel and Expense solutions. This role focuses on accounting and reporting assurance within our esteemed organization. The position requires a seasoned professional with 4-6 years of dedicated experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Concur Travel.

We seek an individual adept at understanding complex business travel needs and translating them into effective Concur Travel configurations. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless travel operations and policy adherence across the company.

Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining SAP Concur Travel systems to align with business and travel policy requirements. This involves setting up Travel Policy Rules for airfare, hotel, car rentals, and approvals, as well as managing global, regional, and country-level configurations. You will also manage employee profiles, preferred suppliers, and troubleshoot booking issues with TMCs and suppliers.

Further duties encompass conducting SIT, UAT, and regression testing, analyzing business requirements for functional specifications, and maintaining configuration documentation. Supporting Concur Travel implementations, enhancements, and hypercare phases are also integral parts of this role.

Essential qualifications include 4-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP Concur Travel, coupled with a strong grasp of its configuration and Travel Policy functionalities. Proven experience with air, hotel, car rental, and policy rule configurations, including exceptions and approvals, is mandatory. A solid understanding of Concur Travel implementation and support processes, alongside experience in SIT/UAT and defect management, is required.

Furthermore, excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills are vital for success. A full-time graduation is a prerequisite for this role. While not mandatory, SAP Concur certification or experience with Concur Expense, TMC/GDS, and global program support would be advantageous.
