This role is crucial for leading a mainframe SDLC transformation program, driving end-to-end project delivery, and ensuring adherence to governance, risk, compliance, and control requirements. The position demands coordination across multiple regions and time zones, leveraging your extensive experience in complex enterprise IT environments.
You will lead end-to-end delivery for teams, programs, or value streams, ensuring robust delivery governance and project management discipline. Your role involves enabling predictable team outcomes, removing impediments, managing risks and dependencies, and maintaining clear stakeholder visibility from initiation through to go-live and benefits realization.
Key responsibilities include supporting the design and delivery of management information for operational resilience, demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements, and producing data insights to identify trends. You will collaborate with the Vulnerability Management team for proactive improvements, support governance committees in understanding regulatory compliance, and own standardized governance documentation templates.
A minimum of 8 years of project and program management experience in complex enterprise IT settings is required, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional and global delivery teams. Essential skills include a strong understanding of regulatory standards and concepts in Operational Resilience, Controls Design & Monitoring, IT Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Enterprise Risk Management.
Experience in designing and implementing governance and operating models is vital. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel for presentations, reporting, and data analysis, is necessary. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is expected. You will act as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders regarding operational resilience and manage governance committee actions to completion.
