Provide comprehensive legal counsel on corporate and commercial laws, including the Companies Act and FEMA.

Facilitate corporate transactions such as mergers, liquidations, and restructurings.

Develop and negotiate critical corporate and commercial agreements.

Assist clients in securing necessary regulatory registrations, licenses, and approvals.

Engage with government bodies and regulators to ensure compliance and represent client interests.

Cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from an accredited institution is required. A Company Secretary qualification would be a significant advantage.

We are seeking candidates with 4 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably gained within a law firm, consulting firm, or an in-house legal/regulatory department.

Demonstrated expertise in Indian corporate and regulatory laws is essential. Proficiency in drafting legal opinions, agreements, and compliance documents is expected.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and project management abilities are crucial. The capacity to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks concurrently is key.
