Seeking a dynamic IT Operations Analyst (Deputy Manager) to serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and ERP/Application teams. This role is instrumental in driving process enhancements, managing application support, ensuring compliance, and overseeing successful technology implementations.

The position is based in our Pune office and requires a collaborative approach to problem-solving and change management.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with business and ERP teams to ensure seamless operations. You will provide essential support for Finance IT tools, particularly during critical closing periods like month-end, quarter-end, and year-end.

This role also involves coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business functionality. You will work closely with business teams to resolve issues and manage change requests through application support teams and Centres of Excellence, documenting remediation requirements as needed.

We are looking for candidates with strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at stakeholder interactions. A good understanding of virtual environments, Excel functionalities, and application troubleshooting is essential.

Proficiency in Power Automate and SharePoint is also required. The ideal candidate will possess experience in gathering business requirements, identifying challenges, and recommending effective solutions.
