Join our Strategy, Risk & Transaction team in Bangalore as a Deputy Manager for Quality Assurance. You will play a crucial role in mitigating risks and identifying new opportunities for value creation.

Our team offers comprehensive risk services, from strategic risk management at the C-suite level to enhancing board oversight, and addressing challenges ranging from financial and environmental policies to cyber threats.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining the KDB infrastructure for analytics and research. You will implement analytics and reporting for Quants, Sales, and Trading desks, and develop reusable modules for data analytics, monitoring, and metrics.

Design and implement data feeds from various sources, including trades, orders, exchange market data, and tradable market prices. Optimize services and modules for performance and volume, and implement best-of-breed technical solutions following industry standards and methodologies like BDD with CI/CD.

Collaborate with team members and business stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of requirements before development. Conduct comprehensive testing of implemented solutions prior to UAT and assist with deployments and production support as needed.

We are seeking candidates with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, capable of managing multiple validations under tight deadlines.

Desired qualifications include a Master's degree or higher in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
