This role is integral to maintaining and elevating our quality standards within assigned projects. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, managing team performance, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities

Oversee project operations, manage personnel, and ensure adherence to performance standards. Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Auditors, and Trainers to identify training needs and address performance outliers.

Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including productivity, quality, turnaround time (TAT), attendance, and attrition. Manage client relationships, communications, and interactions, serving as the primary point of contact. Conduct reviews and analyses of periodic reports, metrics, and operational practices.

Provide expertise and leadership in functional areas, supporting quality initiatives and process improvements. Ensure compliance with all applicable company policies and directives. Lead and mentor staff, resolve issues, and set clear priorities. Contribute to strategic planning and operational modifications, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement attrition and retention strategies, including annual business plans and operating budgets.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Allied Medicine (BHMS, BAMS, BPT, Dental Grads, Pharmacist, Nursing), or related fields is required.

Possess at least 10 years of coding experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a Team Lead capacity. A certified coder (AAPC/AHIMA - CCS/CPC/CPC-H/CCS-P) is highly desirable.

Demonstrated expertise in medical terminology, human anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology. Strong understanding of organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures is essential. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding, billing requirements, and regulatory changes, along with proficiency in healthcare reimbursement methodologies.

Proven ability to effectively manage and empower teams to achieve their objectives. Possess excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exhibit strong acumen for employee engagement and driving customer satisfaction. Skilled in providing one-on-one coaching and monitoring daily operations, including absence management. Adept at identifying areas for improvement and implementing educational interventions to enhance performance.
