Join our dynamic team as a Deputy Manager in Project Management (PMO) based in Bengaluru. This role is integral to our Engineering as a Service/Operate function, driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives.

You will be instrumental in managing leadership forums, creating insightful executive reports, and optimizing vendor innovation processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape operational strategies and implement impactful solutions within a leading organization.

Manage the operating cadence for leadership forums, ensuring efficient agenda creation, pre-read distribution, action tracking, and decision logging. Develop executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and narratives to translate complex data into actionable business insights. Serve as the operational lead for vendor innovation initiatives, guiding them from concept to scalable implementation. Support data governance and reporting by establishing repeatable processes, validation controls, and single-source-of-truth reporting. Continuously identify and propose automated or AI-enabled solutions to enhance process speed, accuracy, and scalability. Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and opportunities, providing clear options and recommended next steps. Quickly adapt to new challenges and take ownership of problem definition through to solution delivery.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, analytics, or a related field is required. Demonstrate a strong ability to operate independently in ambiguous and fast-changing environments with minimal supervision. Significant experience supporting senior leaders and participating in executive-level governance and decision-making forums. Experience with data, analytics, or visualization certifications (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) is essential. Advanced proficiency in data analytics, reporting, Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving is a must. Proven ability to connect data, context, and strategy to achieve desired outcomes.
