This role focuses on driving project management excellence within an Engineering as a Service/Operate framework. You will be instrumental in managing the operational cadence of leadership forums, ensuring clear communication and actionable insights derived from complex data. A key aspect involves serving as the central engine for vendor innovation, guiding initiatives from conception through to implementation or strategic exit.
Your responsibilities will extend to establishing robust data governance and reporting processes, creating repeatable workflows, and implementing validation controls for single-source-of-truth reporting. A proactive approach to identifying and automating manual or fragmented processes is crucial for enhancing speed, accuracy, and scalability.
You will be expected to anticipate and highlight potential risks, dependencies, and opportunities, providing well-defined options and next steps to leadership. The ability to rapidly adapt to new challenges and take full ownership of problem definition and solution delivery is essential for success in this dynamic environment.
Manage the operating rhythm for leadership forums, including agenda preparation, distribution of pre-reads, tracking actions, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through.
Develop executive-level dashboards, scorecards, and narratives that translate intricate data into understandable business insights and actionable recommendations.
Act as the operational lead for vendor innovation initiatives, managing the process from idea generation to pilot implementation and scaling or exit.
Support data governance and reporting by defining repeatable processes, validation controls, and establishing single-source-of-truth reporting mechanisms.
Continuously identify opportunities to automate manual or inefficient processes, designing solutions to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
Proactively identify and communicate risks, dependencies, and opportunities, offering clear options and proposed next steps.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, analytics, or related fields is required.
Demonstrated capability to operate independently and effectively in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments with minimal direct supervision.
Significant experience supporting senior leaders and participating in executive-level governance and decision-making forums.
Experience with data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools and certifications such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical problem-solving techniques.
A proven track record of connecting data, context, and strategy to achieve desired outcomes.
Preferred experience includes exposure to IT services, vendor management, procurement, finance, or enterprise transformation programs. Hands-on experience with dashboards, workflow automation, AI tools, low-code/no-code platforms, or scripting is beneficial. Comfort working with global stakeholders across different geographies and time zones is also valued.
