Join our Internal Audit team as a Deputy Manager, focusing on Project Audit within the real estate and infrastructure sectors. You will play a key role in strengthening governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency and business performance for leading organizations.

Lead comprehensive project audit engagements from planning through closure. Evaluate project governance, controls, cost management, and schedule adherence. Conduct thorough reviews of budgets, contracts, procurement, vendor management, and change orders. Assess project risks and identify control gaps, recommending effective mitigation strategies.

Prepare high-quality audit reports and executive presentations. Manage audit engagements, including resource allocation and stakeholder communication. Support business development and client relationship management efforts.

We are seeking candidates with 5-8 years of experience in Project Audit, Project Controls, or related fields. A strong understanding of project lifecycle, governance, and control frameworks is essential. Experience in reviewing project finances, contracts, and procurement processes is required.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and project management tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project is expected. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are crucial for success in this role.
