As a senior product leader, you will champion product management best practices, mentor fellow Product Managers, and elevate the overall quality of product thinking within the organization.

Define and execute long-term product vision and strategy across multiple product areas, aligning with company objectives. Own strategic product investments by identifying high-impact opportunities and making data-driven recommendations. Lead large, complex product initiatives from concept to completion, influencing multiple teams and organizations. Partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data Science, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and drive execution. Apply strong product judgment by synthesizing customer insights, business goals, technical considerations, and market trends into actionable strategies. Drive cross-functional alignment on product direction, managing competing priorities to achieve measurable business outcomes. Identify emerging customer needs, industry trends, and technology opportunities to inform future product strategy. Define success metrics and utilize customer insights, experimentation, analytics, and performance data for continuous product improvement. Influence executive decision-making through clear communication, compelling business cases, and data-backed recommendations. Mentor Product Managers and contribute to the advancement of product management standards and best practices.

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is considered a plus. Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, delivering digital products from strategy to execution. Proven track record of defining long-term product strategy and delivering complex products with significant customer and business impact. Experience leading products or platforms that span multiple teams or organizational boundaries. Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative insights for strategic decision-making. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional organizations without direct authority. Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills. Proven ability to make high-quality decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments. Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on product execution is essential.
