Join our Cyber Strategy & Transformation team as a Deputy Manager, focusing on Project Management Office (PMO) functions. This role is integral to planning, governing, and delivering critical cybersecurity initiatives.

You will leverage a blend of Business Analysis, Project Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) expertise. The goal is to drive successful cyber transformation programs, enhance operational governance, and effectively manage risks across our organization and its third-party ecosystem.

Your responsibilities will encompass supporting cybersecurity and technology transformation projects from inception to completion. This includes developing project plans, tracking progress, managing risks and issues, and monitoring budgets. You will also facilitate stakeholder engagements to gather and document requirements, prepare essential project documentation, and support solution design and testing.

Furthermore, you will manage the end-to-end third-party risk management lifecycle, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with policies. Supporting governance frameworks, monitoring compliance with regulations, and coordinating audit activities are also key aspects of this role. Building strong relationships with diverse teams and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders will be crucial.

We are seeking candidates with 8 to 15 years of experience in Cyber PMO, Business Analysis, Project Management, TPRM, GRC, or Technology Risk. Prior experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or other heavily regulated sectors is essential.

Hands-on experience in delivering cybersecurity transformation or regulatory compliance programs is required, along with a strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, operational risk, and third-party risk frameworks. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies is expected. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech, BSc, B.E, or MBA.
