Deloitte is seeking a Deputy Manager for their Cyber Strategy & Transformation (CST) team, focusing on Project Management Office (PMO) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM). This role is integral to supporting the planning, governance, and successful delivery of cybersecurity initiatives.

The Cyber PMO role blends Business Analysis, Project Management, TPRM, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) expertise. You will drive cyber transformation programs, enhance operational governance, and manage risks across the organization and its third-party ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include supporting the end-to-end third-party risk management lifecycle, from onboarding and due diligence to ongoing monitoring and offboarding. You will conduct risk assessments for suppliers, review security documentation, and track remediation efforts to ensure compliance with policies.

In Project & Program Management, you will assist in delivering multiple cybersecurity and technology transformation projects. This involves developing project plans, tracking progress, managing RAID logs, monitoring budgets, and producing executive dashboards and status reports.

You will also support governance frameworks for cybersecurity and technology risk programs, monitor compliance with policies and regulations, and coordinate audit activities. Establishing governance processes, facilitating review meetings, and managing key risks and issues are also core duties.

A minimum of 8–15 years of experience is required in Cyber PMO, Business Analysis, Project Management, TPRM, GRC, or Technology Risk. Experience within highly regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or insurance is preferred.

Hands-on experience delivering cybersecurity transformation or regulatory compliance programs is essential. A strong understanding of cybersecurity governance, operational risk, and third-party risk frameworks is also critical. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments is a plus.

Educational qualifications include a B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc, B.E, or MBA. Strong skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement are necessary for success in this role.
