Lead the definition of scalable service boundaries, data flows, and resilient architecture patterns across multiple systems. Drive the design and implementation of advanced Java applications using Spring Boot and enterprise integration patterns. Develop and enforce engineering standards, including clean code, secure coding practices, and effective branching strategies. Implement performance optimization techniques across JVM, APIs, databases, and network calls. Establish comprehensive observability and reliability standards, including logging, metrics, SLOs, and alerting for production services. Ensure strong security fundamentals are applied throughout the system design and development lifecycle.

Possess a minimum of 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering production-ready Java services and APIs. Demonstrate prior team leadership experience, including sprint execution, technical mentoring, and cross-team coordination. Showcase experience in leading complex, multi-system initiatives from inception through delivery, managing dependencies and trade-offs. Proficiency in creating architecture artifacts like HLD/LLD and sequence diagrams, and effectively communicating technical decisions. Experience designing and operating cloud-hosted applications, with a keen focus on security, monitoring, and cost-effectiveness.
