Spearhead design efforts for key products and features within consumer digital platforms. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science to tackle complex challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes. Conduct user research to validate features and integrate feedback into design refinements. Utilize data insights to inform product development cycles. Work alongside developers and QA to ensure functional user interfaces that align with design specifications. Maintain consistency and quality throughout the product experience. Create essential UX deliverables, including storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and user interfaces for client presentations. Contribute to the ongoing development of our design systems. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall design quality.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX and product design is essential. A strong portfolio demonstrating your work on consumer-facing digital products, ideally within e-commerce or similar B2C sectors, is required. You should possess a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop is necessary. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, UX Pilot, and Figma Make, along with experience in data analytics tools like Amplitude, is highly valued. Proven experience leading design projects and mentoring junior team members is expected. You must have a track record of conducting user research and effectively applying insights to create successful design solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are paramount for success in this role.
