Lead design efforts for key products and features within consumer-facing digital applications. Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and data science teams to tackle complex challenges and deliver exceptional solutions. Conduct user research to gather feedback and iterate on designs, leveraging data insights to inform product enhancements. Ensure seamless user interface functionality and adherence to design specifications by working with developers and QA teams. Maintain consistency and quality across all product experiences, creating essential UX deliverables like storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations. Contribute to the growth of our design systems and provide guidance to junior designers to elevate overall design quality.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/product design is required. A strong portfolio showcasing successful consumer-facing digital products, ideally within eCommerce or similar B2C sectors, is essential. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies is crucial. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop, alongside knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, UX Pilot, and Figma Make, is necessary. Experience with data analytics tools like Amplitude or similar is expected. Proven experience in leading design projects, mentoring junior designers, and conducting user research with actionable insights is vital. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are fundamental for success in this role.
