This role focuses on leading design initiatives for consumer-facing digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data science teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions. The position involves conducting user research, leveraging data insights for product improvements, and ensuring seamless user experiences across digital products.

We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in UX/product design and a proven ability to mentor junior designers. You will play a key role in evolving design systems and creating comprehensive UX deliverables for client projects.

Spearhead design efforts for key features on consumer digital platforms. Collaborate with product management, engineering, and data science to tackle complex challenges and ensure optimal solutions. Conduct user research to validate features and integrate user feedback into design iterations. Utilize data analytics to guide product enhancements. Work closely with developers and QA to ensure functional user interfaces and adherence to design specifications. Maintain consistency and quality throughout the product experience. Develop UX deliverables, including storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and presentations for client-facing digital products. Contribute to the advancement of design systems. Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall design quality.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/product design is required. A strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing digital products, particularly in eCommerce or similar B2C sectors, is essential. Demonstrate a robust understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop is necessary. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, UX Pilot, and Figma Make is expected. Experience with data analytics tools like Amplitude or similar platforms is required. Previous experience in leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus. Experience conducting user research and applying those insights to design solutions is crucial. Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
