Develop and maintain advanced Java applications using Spring Boot and enterprise integration patterns.

Design and enforce robust API and microservices patterns, ensuring backward compatibility and effective error handling.

Utilize AWS primitives for designing and deploying highly available, secure, and cost-effective services.

Conduct thorough code reviews, champion engineering standards, and mentor team members through constructive feedback.

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the technology stack, implementing effective optimization strategies.

Establish and maintain observability, reliability, and on-call readiness for production services.

Ensure adherence to security best practices in API and system design.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on software engineering experience in building and deploying production-ready Java services and APIs within enterprise environments is required.

Demonstrated experience in team leadership, whether formal or informal, including sprint execution, technical guidance, and inter-team coordination.

Proven track record of leading intricate, multi-system initiatives from inception through successful delivery, managing dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

Proficiency in creating architecture documentation (HLD/LLD, sequence diagrams) and effectively communicating technical decisions to diverse audiences.

Hands-on experience designing and operating cloud-hosted applications with a keen focus on security, monitoring, and cost management.
