Join a leading wealth management firm as a Technical Lead for their Corporate Finance Portfolio, focusing on Oracle Fusion Financials. This role is crucial for a major ERP transformation initiative, requiring extensive experience in large-scale Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.

As the Tech Lead, you will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Financial applications. Your expertise will guide the modernization and successful rollout of this critical migration program, ensuring best practices are applied while balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion Financial applications within the Corporate Finance portfolio. Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and SMEs to review and validate project deliverables, including functional and technical designs, code, test cases, and deployment plans. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to champion modernization efforts and ensure the successful release of the migration program. Provide industry best practices and guidance, striking an optimal balance between strategic technical architecture and practical, hands-on implementation.

Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Finance module implementations and leadership, with expertise in at least three of the following: EDMCS, AR, AP, FAH (including Primary/Secondary Ledgers and Partnerships), Joint Venture, Cash Management, Asset Management, ARCS, and FCCS. Deep understanding of ERP databases, relational structures, and specialized expertise in database schemas and data relationships for legacy-to-cloud data mapping. Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to actively contribute to design discussions and deliver robust architectural solutions for core Oracle modules. Proficiency in utilizing and developing Oracle PaaS extensions, plugins, and implementation accelerators. Solid technical foundation in PL/SQL, REST APIs, ETL concepts, and Oracle cloud migration patterns. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities to manage complex financial system transformations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively conveying technical details and influencing architectural decisions.
