We are seeking a Deputy Manager with expertise in Oracle FCCS to contribute to end-to-end implementation projects. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with leading clients and shape their financial consolidation and reporting processes.

You will be instrumental in configuring and implementing Oracle FCCS applications, aligning them with business needs. Key activities include managing metadata, data integration, designing load rules, and configuring currency translation and intercompany eliminations.

This role requires creating and maintaining business rules, calculation scripts, forms, and reports. Close collaboration with stakeholders to understand financial requirements and support data validation, UAT, and deployment are also crucial. You will troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal application performance and data integrity, and prepare necessary functional and technical documentation.

Candidates should possess a graduate degree in a relevant field such as B.Tech, B.E., B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, MCA, or MBA Finance. A strong foundation of 5-8 years in Oracle EPM solutions, with a specific emphasis on Oracle FCCS, is essential.

Proven experience with at least two full Oracle FCCS implementations is required. Hands-on expertise in data management (FDMEE/Data Integration), source-to-target mappings, financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and metadata management is critical. A solid understanding of financial reporting, consolidation processes, and excellent client-facing and communication skills are necessary.
