As a Deputy Manager, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently exceeding expectations. Your responsibilities will include supporting clients in all facets of business modeling, developing insightful analyses for mergers & acquisitions, private equity, strategy planning, and feasibility studies.

Engage in projects involving financial restructuring, carve-outs, divestments, and post-merger integration. You will collaborate within a team to design, develop, and rigorously test models, incorporating various scenarios and sensitivities to enhance client analysis and decision-making. Expect to work under tight deadlines on complex projects, contributing innovative solutions and driving the Business Modelling Group strategy forward.

We are seeking candidates with a professional background in Business Modelling, possessing a CA or CFA (International) qualification. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is required, coupled with strong academic achievements and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. We value individuals with a keen interest in a challenging and dynamic work environment, capable of working independently with minimal supervision and collaborating effectively with colleagues at all organizational levels. A proactive and inquisitive mindset with a passion for client service is highly desirable.

Working knowledge of model build, reviews, VBA coding, SQL, or Tableau is considered an asset. This position does not require extensive travel.
