As a Deputy Manager in M&A Tax, you will cultivate robust client relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams to surpass client expectations. Your responsibilities will span.

- Spearheading tax structuring, integration planning, and scheme review for M&A activities. - Developing optimal outbound and inbound structuring for investments, focusing on tax and regulatory efficiency. - Managing corporate and group restructuring initiatives. - Facilitating the implementation of Schemes of Arrangement, including court filings and regulatory submissions. - Conducting comprehensive direct tax due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements. - Reviewing critical transactional documents such as Share Purchase Agreements and indemnity clauses. - Driving business development by identifying opportunities and preparing compelling client pitch presentations.

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in M&A Tax. Essential qualifications include strong technical acumen in tax law and M&A transactions, coupled with exceptional communication and presentation abilities. The ideal candidate will be persistent, persuasive, and capable of driving results.
