As a Deputy Manager, you will spearhead M&A tax initiatives, focusing on tax structuring, integration planning, and scheme review. Your responsibilities will encompass evolving optimal outbound and inbound structuring, managing corporate and group restructurings, and overseeing the implementation of Schemes of Arrangement, including High Court and RoC filings.

You will conduct direct tax due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side transactions, meticulously identifying and quantifying tax exposures. Additionally, you'll review critical transactional documents and contribute to business development by preparing client pitch presentations and researching market opportunities.

To excel in this role, you should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years of dedicated experience in M&A Tax.
