As a Deputy Manager in M&A Tax, you will be instrumental in managing tax aspects of M&A transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Developing and refining tax structuring strategies for inbound and outbound investments. - Overseeing corporate and group restructuring initiatives from a tax perspective. - Facilitating the implementation of Scheme of Arrangement, including liaising with regulatory bodies like BSE/NSE and High Courts. - Conducting direct tax due diligence for both buy-side and sell-side engagements. - Reviewing critical transactional documents such as Share Purchase Agreements and clauses related to Schemes of Arrangement. - Supporting business development efforts by conducting market research and preparing compelling client presentations.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3 to 5 years of specialized experience in M&A Tax. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical acumen in tax matters, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills. A persistent and persuasive approach is key to navigating complex negotiations and client interactions.

This role may involve occasional travel to client sites. A deep understanding of tax structuring, due diligence, and regulatory compliance within the M&A domain is essential.
