As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will drive end-to-end transaction execution and cultivate strong client relationships.

Your role involves generating new project leads, supporting business development across financial services sub-segments, and assisting with sector coverage, financial products, and thought leadership. You will also be responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables and guiding the team to successfully close transactions and projects, demonstrating exceptional commitment.

We are looking for candidates with a CA qualification or an MBA (CFA and premier university preferred), possessing 0-2 years of relevant experience in investment banking, equity research, or private equity within the Financial Services sector.

Essential skills include a deep understanding of financial services transactions and metrics, strong academic credentials, and excellent report writing with meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and robust financial modelling skills are crucial.

Candidates should exhibit strong commercial acumen, market awareness, and a good grasp of transaction documents and negotiation points. A commitment to high-quality service, the ability to multitask, and fluency in written and verbal English are expected. Experience from other premier Investment Banks or Big 4 firms is advantageous. This role requires frequent travel to client locations.
