Drive end-to-end transaction execution for M&A and corporate finance projects. Generate new business leads and support business development initiatives across various financial services sub-segments such as banking, NBFCs, insurance, asset management, and fintech. Assist in sector coverage, financial product analysis, trend identification, and valuation exercises. Prepare high-quality thought leadership content and ensure all deliverables meet stringent quality standards.

Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to the team, demonstrating a strong commitment to driving transaction closures. Focus on client engagement management and delivery within the Financial Services sector. Cultivate high-performing teams, empowering them to deliver impactful results and outstanding client service.

Candidates should possess a CA qualification or an MBA, with a preference for CFA or a degree from a premier university. A background in investment banking, equity research, or private equity within the Financial Services sector, with 0-2 years of relevant experience, is essential. A deep understanding of financial services companies, transactions, key metrics, and industry benchmarks is required.

Strong analytical and report writing skills, with meticulous attention to detail and risk management focus, are crucial. Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and advanced financial modeling skills are necessary. Excellent commercial acumen, market awareness, and a good grasp of transaction documents and negotiation points are expected. Fluency in written and spoken English, a high level of commitment, and the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously are key attributes. Experience with other Big 4 firms or premier investment banks is advantageous. This role requires frequent travel and adheres to a hybrid work model.
