- Oversee end-to-end development and deployment of enterprise-grade full stack applications. - Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools to boost engineering productivity. - Architect and develop microservices using Java and contemporary frameworks. - Build and integrate real-time data pipelines with Kafka. - Implement event-driven systems and Agentic AI solutions on AWS. - Design resilient, scalable systems across any cloud platform. - Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to coding, security, performance, and DevOps best practices. - Mentor and manage a development team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. - Engage in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design. - Drive Agile delivery methodologies within the team.

- Proven experience in Java Full Stack Development, including backend (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) and frontend (modern JS frameworks acceptable if backend-focused). - Expertise in Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture. - Familiarity with building AI agents. - Strong knowledge of relational databases like Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud-native services. - Proficiency in CI/CD and other DevOps tools and practices. - Experience with scalable system design and performance optimization is beneficial.
