Seeking a Senior Manager – Java Full Stack Engineer to spearhead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications, integrating AI-assisted development. This role demands extensive knowledge of full-stack technologies, modern architectural patterns, event-driven systems, and cloud platforms, complemented by strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise-grade full-stack applications, from design to deployment. Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools to boost engineering efficiency. Architect and develop microservices using Java and contemporary frameworks. Implement real-time data processing pipelines and event-driven systems with Kafka. Build Agentic AI solutions on AWS and design resilient, scalable systems on any cloud. Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. Uphold best practices in coding, security, performance, and DevOps. Mentor and manage a development team, fostering a collaborative environment. Engage in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design. Drive Agile delivery methodologies within the team.

Extensive experience in Java Full Stack Development is essential, covering backend (Java, Spring Boot, Microservices) and modern JavaScript frameworks. Proficiency in Full Stack Programming and expertise in Apache Kafka/event-driven architecture are required. Familiarity with building AI agents and strong database knowledge (Relational: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL; NoSQL is a plus) are necessary. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud-native services is expected. A solid understanding of CI/CD and other DevOps tools and practices is crucial. Frontend expertise in Angular/React, Agentic AI knowledge, and hands-on exposure to AI-powered coding tools like Cursor.ai or GitHub Copilot are beneficial. Strong leadership, team management, communication, and stakeholder management skills are highly valued.
