As a Deputy Manager within the ITDA team, your responsibilities will encompass building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and clients. A primary focus will be on delivering high-quality audit outcomes and consistently surpassing client expectations. Key duties include:

- Conducting ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reviews with 4-7 years of relevant experience. - Applying extensive knowledge of IT audits and control frameworks like RBI Master Directions, ICFR, SSAE, and ISO 27001. - Performing ERP-based control testing, with a preference for Banking/Financial Services applications. - Thoroughly understanding business process controls and their integration with ERP systems. - Evaluating control design and operating effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement. - Gaining exposure to risk management, compliance reporting, and regulatory adherence. - Staying abreast of emerging technologies and associated risks, including Cloud, RPA, and AI/ML.

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager with a strong foundation in IT controls and data analytics. Essential qualifications include:

- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reviews. - Comprehensive knowledge of IT audit principles and control frameworks such as RBI Master Directions, ICFR, SSAE, and ISO 27001. - Proven proficiency in ERP control testing, ideally within Banking or Financial Services sectors. - A solid grasp of business process controls and their alignment with ERP systems. - Experience in assessing the design and operational effectiveness of controls. - Familiarity with risk management, compliance reporting, and regulatory requirements. - Awareness of cutting-edge technologies and their potential risks, including Cloud, RPA, and AI/ML.

Desired certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CRISC are advantageous. You should possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, alongside demonstrated team leadership and effective issue-resolution capabilities. The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet stringent deadlines is also critical.
