Join our Assurance team as a Deputy Manager in Hyderabad, driving functional excellence and innovation. This role is central to enabling growth and ensuring operational efficiency.

We focus on proactive assurance strategies, acting as the engine for improvement and a catalyst for future development within the organization.

Take the lead in Third Party Assurance engagements, including SOC1, SOC2, SOC2+, and Agreed Upon Procedures. You will manage the entire audit lifecycle, from scope discussions and audit planning to project management, testing, quality documentation, review, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include resolving quality comments, ensuring timely archival, and facilitating client and stakeholder discussions. A strong understanding of AICPA, SSAE18, SSAE21, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO, and data privacy regulations is essential for success in this role.

We are seeking candidates with 3-8 years of experience in IT Audits, covering ITGC, SOX, ICFR, IFC, SSAE, and SOC frameworks. Experience in IT Financial Audit, Business Automated Controls, and IT Risk Consulting is highly desirable.

A solid grasp of ITGC, ITAC, and SOC reports, coupled with working knowledge of Audit tools and ServiceNow (SNOW), is required. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or D365, along with their native application controls, is a plus.

Maintain a keen awareness of the current security threat landscape and information security frameworks such as ISO27001. Knowledge of Business Process review (P2P, O2C, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Financial Reporting) and regulatory requirements like SSAE, ISAE, SOX, and ISO 27001 is crucial. Exposure to IT Compliance and regulatory assessments, including IT Risk and Controls assessment with technologies like Cloud, RPA, or AI/ML, is preferred. Excellent English, presentation, and soft skills are mandatory, alongside strong team management capabilities.
