Join our dynamic Assurance team as a Deputy Manager, driving functional excellence and innovation in IT Controls and Data Analytics. This role is instrumental in managing Third Party Assurance (TPA) engagements and ensuring robust control frameworks.

Execute and oversee Third Party Assurance (TPA) engagements, including SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 2+, and Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP). Conduct thorough walkthroughs, risk assessments, and testing of business processes and IT controls. Lead client discussions concerning scope, planning, execution, and overall project management. Evaluate identified control deficiencies and propose effective remediation strategies. Prepare and meticulously review audit documentation, workpapers, and final assurance reports. Ensure adherence to quality standards, manage review comments, and maintain proper engagement archival. Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and business development initiatives.

Demonstrate strong knowledge of AICPA standards, SSAE 18, SSAE 21, and SOC reporting requirements. Possess excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management capabilities. Showcase exposure to key frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and data protection principles. A Bachelor's degree in any specialization is required, with certifications like CISA, CISSP, or CRISC being advantageous. Experience in Third Party Assurance, including SOC engagements and understanding of mitigation and remediation processes, is essential.
