Join our dynamic Assurance team in Bengaluru as a Deputy Manager specializing in ITDA and TPA Controls. This role focuses on IT Controls, AI, and Data Analytics, driving functional excellence and innovation.

As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and managing third-party vendor risks. You'll establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication and mutual understanding of expectations.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for prospective and existing third-party vendors, utilizing established frameworks and tools for systematic evaluation.

Analyze vendor financial statements, legal and regulatory compliance, cybersecurity practices, and operational processes to determine their risk profile.

Establish and nurture effective working relationships with third-party vendors, fostering clear communication and alignment on expectations.

Perform periodic audits and assessments to verify ongoing adherence to contractual obligations, service level agreements, and regulatory mandates.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Chartered Accountant or MBA with Finance/IT is also highly valued.

This role requires 2-3 years of experience in IT audits. Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, OFIN, or JDE, and their native application controls, is a significant advantage.

Demonstrated experience with regulatory requirements and international standards such as SSAE, ISAE, SOX, PCI, ISO 27001, along with good practices like COSO and COBIT for information security, is essential.

Exceptional English, presentation, and soft skills are mandatory for this position.
