Join Monitor Deloitte, Deloitte's global strategy consulting practice, as a Deputy Manager in IT M&A. This role focuses on Deal Transformation and Post-Merger Integration, playing a crucial part in our clients' strategic challenges.

As part of the Practice Operations & Resource Management team, you'll be the operational backbone, supporting Partners and engagement teams. Your contributions will drive effective resource deployment, financial governance, and project operations, enabling data-driven insights for leadership decisions and ensuring seamless execution throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an exciting opportunity within the Strategy & Transactions Practice.

Lead comprehensive IT M&A engagements, from due diligence and integration planning to Day 1 readiness, TSA management, and value realization. You will assess IT landscapes, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and operating models to identify risks, costs, and synergy opportunities.

Develop detailed IT integration and separation strategies, target-state architectures, and transition roadmaps. Effectively manage cross-functional stakeholders, PMO governance, budgets, risks, dependencies, and vendor coordination.

Track synergy realization and integration progress, supporting executive decision-making with strategic assessments and integration recommendations.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience in a tier 1 IT firm, with a strong interest in IT M&A or consulting.

Proven ability to drive client engagements and manage day-to-day client interactions independently is essential. Excellent academic credentials from both undergraduate and graduate coursework are required, alongside strong advanced Excel skills.

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial. A proactive approach to learning, willingness to travel, and the ability to build relationships and influence peers and stakeholders are expected. Good business awareness and a confident leadership style are key to making an immediate impact.
