Join our dynamic IT Assurance & Advisory team as a Deputy Manager in Delhi. This role focuses on controls, leveraging expertise in IT Controls, AI, and Data Analytics to help clients navigate business and technology risks. You will assist clients in identifying and evaluating business and technology risks, alongside internal controls designed to mitigate these risks. Your role involves recommending improvements to internal control systems and tailoring approaches, methods, and tools for various projects. Facilitating the use of technology for reviewing and designing products and services is key.

Understanding the client's business environment and basic risk management approaches is essential. You'll actively participate in decision-making with engagement management, considering the broader impact of decisions. A key aspect is generating innovative ideas, challenging existing norms, and actively participating in proposal development and client sales efforts. Building strong client relationships to exceed expectations is a core responsibility.

We are looking for candidates with a B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, or a Chartered Accountant and/or MBA with Finance/IT. The ideal candidate possesses 1 to 8 years of experience in IT audits, ITGC, SOX, ICFR, IFC, SSAE, SOC1 & SOC2, IT Financial Audit, Business Automated Controls, IT Risk consulting, or regulatory/compliance audits.

Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle eBS, Oracle Fusion, or D365, along with their native application controls, is preferred. Maintaining awareness of the current security threat landscape and information security frameworks like ISO27001 is crucial. Experience in Business Process review, P2P, O2C, Inventory, Fixed Assets, and Financial reporting is highly valued. Proficiency with regulatory requirements and international standards (SSAE/ISAE/SOX, ISO 27001) and frameworks (COSO, COBIT) is mandatory.

Demonstrated experience in IT Compliance and regulatory assessments, including IT Risk and Controls assessment with exposure to technologies like SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Cloud, RPA, or AI/ML, is required. Excellent English, presentation, and soft skills are a must, alongside mandatory team management capabilities.
