Lead and deliver high-impact cybersecurity consulting projects, ensuring exceptional quality and timely completion. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, governance reviews, and control evaluations. Drive cybersecurity maturity assessments utilizing frameworks such as NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, COBIT, and PCI DSS. Spearhead the implementation and ongoing management of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and cyber risk programs. Manage engagements related to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), IT General Controls (ITGC), and Information Systems audits. Provide strategic advisory services covering cloud security, application security, and broader cyber transformation. Guide clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes including RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, BCAS, and NCIIPC. Oversee project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and quality assurance to guarantee successful project outcomes. Cultivate and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with clients. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Actively contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and opportunity pursuit.

A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a closely related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred.

Possession of professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI, ITIL, or PCI QSA is advantageous.

We are seeking candidates with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, Cyber Strategy, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), or Information Security.

Essential skills include a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and PCI DSS. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities are crucial. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities are also required. Demonstrated success in managing multiple engagements and leading teams within a fast-paced consulting environment is essential.
