This role involves leading and managing critical cybersecurity consulting engagements. You will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating cybersecurity risks, enhancing security postures, and delivering impactful solutions tailored to client business priorities and regulatory mandates. Success requires exceptional consulting acumen, project leadership, and the ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships.
Lead and oversee cybersecurity consulting projects, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery. Conduct thorough cybersecurity risk assessments, governance reviews, and control effectiveness evaluations. Drive cybersecurity maturity assessments and advisory services leveraging key industry frameworks like NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, COBIT, and PCI DSS.
Spearhead the implementation and ongoing management of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), cyber risk management programs, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Manage engagements related to Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), IT General Controls (ITGC), and Information Systems audits. Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity strategy, cloud security, application security, and broader cyber transformation efforts.
Assist clients in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and industry standards, including those set by RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, BCAS, and NCIIPC. Masterfully manage engagement planning, resource allocation, project timelines, and quality assurance to guarantee successful project outcomes. Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment. Contribute to business development through proposal writing, solution development, and pursuit activities.
A Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a Master’s degree being advantageous. Preferred professional certifications include CISSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA/LI, ITIL, or PCI QSA.
We are seeking candidates with 6 to 9 years of progressive experience in Cybersecurity Consulting, Cyber Strategy, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), or Information Security. A strong grasp of cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, and PCI DSS is essential. Outstanding project management, stakeholder management, and consulting capabilities are critical.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must. Demonstrated success in managing multiple engagements simultaneously and leading teams within a fast-paced consulting environment is highly valued.
