This role involves fostering strong relationships with internal teams and clients, aiming to consistently exceed expectations through strategic cybersecurity initiatives.

As a Deputy Manager in our Cyber Strategy team, you will be instrumental in supporting cybersecurity governance, compliance, and risk management initiatives within client environments. This includes assisting in the implementation and review of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS).

You will conduct ISO 27001 and BCMS compliance assessments, along with information security governance framework reviews. Responsibilities also extend to performing Network Security reviews, managing asset registries, and supporting the development of essential security policies and documentation. Effective coordination with stakeholders for audit readiness and assessments is key.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, Information Security, Compliance, or Governance. A strong grasp of ISO 27001 Compliance, BCMS Compliance, Network Security, and Asset Management is essential.

Proficiency in ISMS & BCP Policy Review, Network Diagram Review, and Asset Registry preparation is required. Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are fundamental for success in this role. An Any Graduate BE/B.Tech (Tier 1/Tier 2) in CS/IT/EC/E, or MCA from a recognized university is a must.
