Join our Assurance team as a Deputy Manager for Internal Audit, focusing on the Oil & Gas, Refinery, or Petrochemical sectors. This role is crucial for evaluating and enhancing governance, maintenance, reliability, and asset integrity functions. We are seeking experienced professionals to conduct risk-based internal audits, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.

Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive review of maintenance and inspection processes. This includes assessing organizational structures, governance frameworks, and roles clarity across various teams. You will evaluate compliance with policies, OEM guidelines, and international standards.

Key tasks involve reviewing SAP PM systems, maintenance strategies, workforce competency, and control mechanisms. You will also assess business automation, data integrity, and various maintenance programs like PM and PdM. Evaluating work order management, shutdown planning, budgeting, and controls over safety procedures are also integral parts of the role.

Ideal candidates possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree with 8-15 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in Refinery, Petrochemical, or Oil & Gas operations. Strong expertise in Maintenance & Reliability Engineering, Inspection & Asset Integrity Management, and Shutdown/Turnaround Management is essential.

Experience with SAP PM and maintenance planning systems is mandatory. We are looking for professionals with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of conducting independent site walkthroughs and control testing. Prior exposure to environments like Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or ADNOC is advantageous. Relevant professional certifications are highly preferred.
