Join our dynamic Integrated Program Management Office (PMO) team, supporting critical governance, performance assurance, and risk management for major projects. We facilitate informed decision-making and disciplined execution across diverse sectors including mining, power, and construction.

As the Site Lead for the Integrated PMO, you will be the pivotal on-ground leader, ensuring seamless collaboration between management, project teams, contractors, and consultants. This role is crucial for driving the effective deployment and operation of PMO functions, maintaining robust governance, and fostering clear communication.

Key responsibilities include leading the deployment and operation of the Integrated PMO, facilitating regular review forums with leadership, and providing independent assessments of project performance. You will meticulously review and challenge project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, while actively monitoring milestones, critical paths, and cost trends.

Additionally, you will oversee variation orders, claims, and commercial risks. Leading project risk workshops, maintaining risk registers, and tracking contractor productivity are essential. Monitoring long-lead equipment and critical packages, and developing comprehensive executive dashboards and MIS reports are also integral to this role.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mining, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Industrial, or related) and a Master's degree in project management, construction management, engineering management, MBA, or equivalent is preferred. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, along with strong project controls, planning, scheduling, and forecasting skills, is essential.

A deep understanding of the project lifecycle, from concept through commissioning and closeout, is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills are vital. The ability to thrive in remote project environments and multicultural teams is also highly valued. Experience in mining, metals, smelter, power generation, large process plants, oil and gas, heavy industrial projects, or mega-capex programs is preferred, with a strong advantage for those with experience in Africa or remote locations.
