As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive tax advisory services, including in-depth research on technical tax matters and preparing insightful tax opinions. You will manage day-to-day client tax issues, ensuring timely compliances like tax return filings, advance tax provisions, and other tax filings. Furthermore, you will actively assist in tax assessment and litigation proceedings, drafting responses and representing clients before tax authorities and appellate forums.

This position also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to facilitate on-the-job work requirements and ensuring seamless project execution. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining client satisfaction and upholding Deloitte's reputation for excellence.

We are seeking a candidate with 5-7 years of experience in Direct Taxation, holding a Graduate degree or being a Semi-qualified CA.
