As a Deputy Manager, you will cultivate strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams, consistently aiming to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities will include providing expert tax advisory services through in-depth research on technical tax matters. You'll also prepare comprehensive tax opinions, concise notes, and email responses for daily client tax queries.

Key duties involve managing tax compliances such as filing tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax payments, and income tax provisions. Furthermore, you will support tax assessment and litigation proceedings, including drafting responses to audit notices and questionnaires and representing clients before tax authorities for assessments, rectifications, and related matters. Effective coordination with internal stakeholders and enabling areas will be essential for seamless on-the-job execution.

We are seeking a Deputy Manager with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Direct Taxation. A Graduate degree or Semi-Qualified CA is required for this role. Essential skills include proficiency in Direct Taxation, tax advisory, tax compliance, and understanding tax assessment and litigation processes.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong teamwork abilities, coupled with effective communication and presentation skills.
