As a Deputy Manager, your core responsibilities will focus on enhancing organizational performance through strategic initiatives.
You will drive Revenue and EBITDA improvement by identifying growth opportunities and implementing cost optimization strategies. This includes conducting value scans to uncover potential value drivers and utilizing industry benchmarks to set performance targets and track progress.
Key areas of focus include: - Revenue Enhancement: Analyzing market trends and customer behavior to develop strategies for sales growth, market share expansion, and pricing optimization. - EBITDA Improvement: Analyzing financial data to boost profitability and operational efficiency, collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Cost Optimization: Conducting comprehensive cost analyses to identify reduction opportunities while maintaining quality. - Value Scan: Assessing organizational value drivers and optimizing existing processes to maximize value delivery. - Benchmarks: Researching and applying industry best practices to evaluate performance and set improvement goals.
We are seeking a Deputy Manager with 4 to 6 years of experience, possessing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
Essential qualifications include a proven track record in leading post-merger integration initiatives, strong project management skills, and robust analytical capabilities. Experience working with senior management in a deal environment and the ability to analyze business models to develop target operating models are crucial.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required. A flexible approach to demanding business needs and the ability to perform under short deadlines are necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. While working knowledge of data sources like Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Thomson is an asset, basic to advanced Excel knowledge is a must. An interest in a challenging and dynamic work environment is highly valued.
